Short & Long Haul Holidays for Young Couples

Jetting off abroad with that special someone for the first time can be a little daunting. Look online for early bird deals on cheap holidays to Majorca, bargain Cyprus escapes and luxury holidays in Mexico 2013. Booking in advance will give you the widest choice of packages at the lowest prices.

On a budget: The Balearics

Cheap holidays to Majorca present the ideal opportunity to get away with your partner, so pack your backpack and go! Rather than staying centrally in the party capital of Magaluf, take a look at the neighbouring resort of Palma Nova.

This popular tourist resort has three blue flag beaches, excellent amenities – including eateries, bars and shops – as well as being conveniently close to the nightlife of Magaluf and its visitor attractions.

A Doable Deal: Cyprus

One of the benefits of booking your break in advance means you are able to get a good deal on a luxury destination. Cyprus is the island of love, so where better to spend your first holiday as a couple?

While much of the sightseeing surrounding the ancient Greek culture – and Aphrodite – is found in Paphos, consider staying in the Nissi Beach area. This resort definitely offers the best shoreline, and visitors here have easy access to the infamous nightlife, restaurants and waterpark of Ayia Napa.

Splashing the Cash: Mexico

When you’re looking to go all out, consider holidays in Mexico 2013. Taking pride of place in the Caribbean Sea, the palm fringed beaches of Mexico are nothing short of postcard perfect.

Rather than heading for the honeymoon tourist resorts, look to stay in Cancun. This vibrant strip is young, contemporary and comes complete with opportunities to swim with dolphins, ride speedboats, and party at the world famous joint, CoCo Bongos.

Ultimately, choose a spot in the sun that will keep you occupied during the day, with a captivating coastline for sunset watching. Nightlife is always a bonus – you’re only young once.

  1. Agree about Cancun, me and the wife went there back in 2012 before we got married. I hope we can head there again soon, but we can’t afford it right now!
